HOW TO GET STARTED
Everything you need to know — from ordering your first server to connecting with your friends.
01
Ordering a Server
1
Choose your game
Go to derangedhosting.com/order and browse the available games. Click on the game you want to host.
2
Configure your server
Select your player slots, RAM, and server location. The price updates in real time as you adjust. Choose a location closest to you and your players for the best ping.
3
Add to cart
Click ADD TO CART once you're happy with your configuration. You'll be taken to the checkout page.
4
Create an account or log in
If you're a new customer, fill in your name and email to create an account. If you already have an account, log in.
5
Complete payment
Select your payment method — Stripe (credit/debit card) or PayPal. Both support recurring subscriptions so your server renews automatically each month. Check the Terms of Service box and click COMPLETE ORDER.
6
Check your email
Once payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with your server details and panel login credentials within 2 minutes.
Have a coupon code?

On the checkout page, click Have a coupon code? to reveal the promo field. Enter your code and click APPLY before completing your order.

02
Accessing Your Game Panel
1
Find your credentials
Check the welcome email you received after ordering. It contains your panel URL, email address, and password.
2
Log in to the panel
Go to panel.derangedhosting.com and enter your email and password from the welcome email.
3
Find your server
After logging in, your server will appear on the dashboard. Click on it to open the server management page.
Quick access from client area

Log in at derangedhosting.com, go to Orders, click your server, then click Manage Subscription.

Forgot your password?

On the panel login page, click Forgot password and enter your email. Your panel email is the same email you used to order.

03
Managing Your Server
1
Start your server
From the server page in the panel, click the Start button. The server will begin installing if it's a fresh order — this takes under 5 minutes.
2
Stop and restart
Use the Stop and Restart buttons to control your server.
3
View the console
The console shows real-time server output — useful for seeing who joined, errors, and server status. You can also type commands directly into the console input.
4
Edit server files
Use the File Manager in the panel to browse and edit your server configuration files.
Important

Always stop your server before editing configuration files. Editing files while the server is running can cause your changes to be overwritten.
