Deranged Hosting – Terms of Service

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing or using any service from Deranged Hosting, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase services from Deranged Hosting. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. SERVICES

Deranged Hosting provides game server hosting and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

3. PAYMENT

All services are billed in advance. Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension or termination. All prices are listed in USD. You are responsible for all charges associated with your account.

4. REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Deranged Hosting does not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to: unused time, dissatisfaction with service, or accidental purchases. Please ensure you select the correct product before completing your order.

5. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment processor is a direct violation of these Terms of Service. Any account associated with a chargeback will be immediately suspended and all services terminated without refund. Deranged Hosting reserves the right to pursue debt collection for any amounts recovered through chargebacks, including any fees incurred as a result of the dispute. If you have a billing issue, contact us through your client area before initiating a dispute.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use our services for any of the following:

• Illegal activities of any kind
• Launching or facilitating DDoS attacks against any target
• Hosting malware, viruses, or any malicious software
• Spamming or sending unsolicited communications
• Cryptocurrency mining of any kind
• Hosting pirated or unlicensed game servers
• Any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law

Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination without refund.

7. RESOURCE ABUSE

You agree not to abuse or excessively consume server resources in a manner that degrades the performance of other customers. This includes but is not limited to: running unauthorized processes, excessive CPU usage outside of normal game server operation, and running bots or scrapers. Deranged Hosting reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in resource abuse without notice or refund.

8. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur. Deranged Hosting is not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. TERMINATION

Deranged Hosting reserves the right to terminate any account that violates these terms without notice or refund. Upon termination, all data associated with the account may be permanently deleted.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Deranged Hosting and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Deranged Hosting is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Deranged Hosting in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

Deranged Hosting reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United States.
